As part of our Lunch & Lead Speaker Series, the City of Hollister welcomed Dr. Rob Griffith, President of the OTC Table Rock Campus. Dr. Griffith shared with our team how to identify not only when an associate may become disengaged with their career, but also how to see these indicators in ourselves as leaders. He reminded us to use gratitude to change our mindset to become a stronger, more effective person and to always remember, Attitude Determines Reality. Thank you, Dr. Griffith, for sharing your experiences with our team and helping us build stronger leaders to server Hollister.

Congratulations to Taney County and their Road & Bridge Department for the rededication of the Table Rock Dam Scenic Overlook. The space is beautifully crafted and will be a must-see stop when visiting our community. Thank you to those completing and supporting this project.
