The Southern Missouri Arts Connection (SMAC) will host a solo exhibit featuring the work of artist Dana Neuenschwander entitled From Ridge to River. The show will run September 4-26 at the SMAC Art Center, 7 Downing Street, in historic Hollister, MO. Dana Neuenschwander is a fine art painter from Nixa, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Drury University in Springfield, MO and a Master of Arts degree in Art History from Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS. She teaches drawing, 2D design, and art experience at Ozarks Technical College. As a native of the area, she focuses on painting colloquial landscapes and familiar scenes of the Ozarks. While work is completed residents will be parking along White River Mountain Boulevard. Please use caution between Evergreen and BB Hwy when traveling during this time.
