The Southern Missouri Arts Connection (SMAC) will host a solo exhibit featuring the work of artist Dana Neuenschwander entitled From Ridge to River. The show will run September 4-26 at the SMAC Art Center, 7 Downing Street, in historic Hollister, MO. Dana Neuenschwander is a fine art painter from Nixa, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Drury University in Springfield, MO and a Master of Arts degree in Art History from Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS. She teaches drawing, 2D design, and art experience at Ozarks Technical College. As a native of the area, she focuses on painting colloquial landscapes and familiar scenes of the Ozarks.
