This past Wednesday, City of Hollister’s Leadership Team was joined by Ms. Cathy Stepp, City Administrator for the City of Branson. Ms. Stepp shared her valuable experiences in leadership and key characteristics that you find in leaders. She reminded us of the value of being a good human, listening more than speaking, setting your expectations and exceeding them, and being the person your team wants to follow.
