With the spring growing season in full swing, Kathy Knight, our Building Official, has some helpful tips regarding lawn and yard maintenance. The owner, tenant or agent is responsible for property maintenance, this includes up to the edge of the street or back of curb. Grass or vegetation shall be kept at a height of no taller than twelve (12) inches on average. It is also important to keep trees and shrubs trimmed to prevent any vision obstructions.
